We care for our people
There are tour operators that do not provide their employees with adequate warm gear to work on the mountains. We at Kenge Expeditions wanted to be different and we look after our guides. chefs and porters. Part of company profit is being used for providing gear and fair pay to our employees.
We care for the nature
After leaving every camp our porters will collect the trash and ensure the campsites are left free of rubbish. This is something that we also want our clients to do – together, let’s keep Kilimanjaro National park free of rubbish so that other people after us can enjoy it aswell.
We care about the community
As a company we are committed to donating 10% of our annual profits to local charities or community projects. This can be for example helping disabled childen, supporting girls rugby team or paying hospital fees for a child from a poor family.
We care for our clients
Safety is our top priority. Weather conditions on the mountain can be unpredictable and high-altitude trekking does have its risks. Our experienced staff will make decisions on then mountain based on your health and wellbeing as a priority.
